The Delta kite is extremely stable and a good lifter.  Easy to launch and retrieve, very colourful (may vary) and flies in quite a range of winds (4 - 18).   Our kit comes with kite, bag, string (dacron), aerial, unun and static bleed kit.  Just add wind and ground stake.
